🔹 Step 1: Registration

  1. Go to https://marionestate.eu

  2. Click on “Register” at the top right of the homepage.

  3. From the dropdown menu, choose “Property Seeker / Tenant”.

  4. Complete your basic profile information:

    • Name

    • Email address

    • Phone number

    • Preferred language

    • Password


🔹 Step 2: Select Profile Type

  1. During registration, locate the “Profile Type” dropdown.

  2. Choose from options such as:

    • Long-Term Rental Seeker

    • Short-Term Rental Seeker

    • Buyer / Investor

    • Shared Accommodation Seeker

  3. This selection tailors the experience and matches you with relevant listings and services.


🔹 Step 3: Fill in Your Search Requirements

  1. Go to your Search Preferences section.

  2. Enter the following details:

    • Country

    • City / Region

    • District or Area

    • Type of property (e.g., apartment, house, studio, office)

    • Size (sqm or rooms)

    • Budget / Rental price range

    • Preferred amenities (e.g., elevator, parking, pet-friendly, furnished)

  3. Click “Save Preferences” to make your profile visible.


🔹 Step 4: Profile Visibility and Matching

  • Your profile and search criteria will now be:

    • Visible to all registered property owners, agencies, and agents

    • Used to automatically match you with relevant listings

    • Included in area-specific property alerts and recommendations


🔹 Step 5: Legal & Translation Services (Before Purchase)

  1. Access the “Services” tab from your dashboard.

  2. Browse and directly contact:

    • Real estate legal consultants

    • Notaries & conveyancers

    • Licensed translators for official documents

  3. You can filter by location, language, service rating, and urgency.

  4. All providers are verified and can work digitally or in person.


🔹 Step 6: Direct Communication with Sellers / Agents

  • Use the Live Chat, Video Call, or Group Chat options built into the platform.

  • Connect directly with:

    • Property owners

    • Real estate agencies

    • Co-seekers for shared rentals


🔹 Step 7: After Purchase – Access Local Services

  1. After completing a transaction, go to the “Post-Purchase Services” area.

  2. Find local providers for:

    • Renovation & repair

    • Plumbing, electrical & installations

    • Interior design, furniture, and appliance delivery

  3. Contact them directly without intermediaries, compare quotes, and schedule services.

  4. Reviews and portfolio photos help you choose the right provider.
