Create or Find Property Listings – Step-by-Step Guide

Whether you want to list a property or search for one, the platform gives you direct, multilingual, and live access to the right people, with no intermediaries.

✅ To Create a “Property Wanted” Listing:

1. Log in or Register as a Property Seeker

2. Go to Dashboard → Add Listing

3. Choose “I’m Looking for a Property”

4. Fill in:

   • Country, City, Area

   • Property Type (Apartment, House, Office, etc.)

   • Budget / Rent

   • Size, rooms, features

   • Contact preferences

5. Publish — your listing is now visible to sellers and agents.

🔍 To Find Properties Available:

1. Go to “Find Property” or use the homepage search bar.

2. Filter by:

   • Buy or Rent

   • Country / City / Area

   • Budget, size, rooms, and property type

3. Browse live listings

4. Contact owners or agents directly via message or chat

🔹 FOR SELLERS / OWNERS / INVESTORS

✅ To Create a Property Listing:

1. Log in or Register as a Seller or Owner

2. Go to Dashboard → Add New Listing.

3. Fill in:

   • Property location

   • Type (Apartment, House, Land, Commercial, etc.)

   • Price, size, rooms, photos, and description

4. Choose target audience:

   • Buyers, Tenants, Agencies

   • Investors or Foreign Buyers

5. Publish your listing and start receiving direct offers.

🔍 To Find Buyers or Tenants (if you’re an investor):

1. Go to the “Property Seekers” directory.

2. Filter by:

   • Country, city, property type

   • Budget, urgency, search status

3. Contact seekers directly — propose your property to them.

✅ To List Properties for Clients:

1. Log in as Agent/Agency

2. Go to “My Portfolio” → Add Listing.

3. Upload and manage:

   • Multiple properties

   • Owner profiles (if authorised)

   • Contacts and schedules

4. Listings are shown to all seekers and buyers in that region.

🔍 To Find New Clients or Leads:

1. Search in:

   • Property Wanted listings

   • Unrepresented Sellers / FSBO section

2. Offer services directly via chat or request to manage their listing.

1. Log in as Service Provider

2. Go to “Add Service” → Choose Type.

3. Enter:

   • Location coverage

4. Your listing appears in:

   • Buyer/Tenant dashboards before and after property purchase

   • Seller dashboards when preparing to list
