This guide shows you how to register, define your property preferences, and list your search needs so you can be found and contacted directly by property owners, sellers, agencies, and professionals on the platform.

🔹 Step 1: Registration

1. Go to https://marionestate.eu

2. Click “Register” at the top-right corner.

3. Choose “Property Seeker / Buyer / Tenant” from the dropdown.

4. Complete your personal profile:

   • Full name

   • Email and phone number

   • Preferred language(s)

   • Secure password

5. Confirm your email to activate your account.

🔹 Step 2: Select Your Profile Type

During registration, you will be asked to specify:

• Buyer (looking to purchase a property)

• Tenant (looking to rent a property)

• Investor (looking for income-generating properties)
  This ensures your profile matches the correct service offers and property owners.

🔹 Step 3: Create Your Search Listing (Property Wanted)

1. Go to “My Search Preferences” or “Create Listing” in your dashboard.

2. Fill in the details of your ideal property:

   • Country, city, and preferred areas

   • Type of property (apartment, house, office, land, etc.)

   • Purchase or rental

   • Budget range

   • Number of rooms, size (sqm), floor preference

   • Must-have features (balcony, parking, elevator, furnished, etc.)

   • Urgency level or move-in date

3. Optionally add:

   • A short description of your situation or needs

   • Upload a profile image (optional)

4. Publish your search listing.

🔹 Step 4: Be Discovered by Owners, Agents & Agencies

Once published, your search listing will:

• Be visible to all registered sellers, landlords, agents, and agencies

• Automatically match with available properties and trigger contact suggestions

• Appear in the dashboards of professionals operating in your chosen area

• Allow property owners to send you offers directly with no intermediary

From the “Marketplace” section, you can:

• Contact legal experts for due diligence and document review

• Book certified translators for contracts and negotiations

• Find mortgage advisors or rental contract consultants

• Chat with experts in your language for full understanding of the process

You can also access:

• Furniture and design experts

• Utility setup services (internet, electricity, water)

• Cleaning and move-in preparation

• Property maintenance professionals

• Property managers (for remote owners/investors)

All services are listed by area and language, and allow direct booking and messaging.
