🔹 Step 1: Registration

  1. Visit https://marionestate.eu

  2. Click “Register” at the top right of the homepage.

  3. Select “Property Seller / Owner” from the dropdown menu.

  4. Complete your basic information:

    • Full name or business name

    • Email address

    • Contact number

    • Preferred language

    • Secure password


🔹 Step 2: Select Profile Type

  1. During setup, choose the most appropriate Profile Type:

    • Private Owner

    • Corporate Owner

    • Developer

    • Investor (offering property resale)

  2. This helps tailor your dashboard and visibility to the right audiences.


🔹 Step 3: Create Property Listings

  1. Go to “My Listings” on your dashboard.

  2. Click “Add New Property” and enter:

    • Property type (apartment, house, land, commercial, etc.)

    • Country, city, and area

    • Address (optional public or private display)

    • Size, price, rental/sale terms

    • Photos, videos, 3D tours

    • Detailed description in your preferred language(s)

    • Amenities, nearby landmarks, and property condition

  3. Choose to publish immediately or save as a draft.


🔹 Step 4: Reach Targeted Buyers / Tenants

  • Once listed, your property will:

    • Be matched with seekers based on their preferences.

    • Appear in results for agents, agencies, and investors in the selected area.

    • Show on multilingual and geo-targeted searches.

  • Use real-time messaging and video chat to engage interested parties directly.


🔹 Step 5: Use Legal, Technical, and Translation Services

  1. In the “Service Marketplace” section, access:

    • Real estate lawyers

    • Notaries & document verification experts

    • Official document translators

  2. Schedule consultations or upload documents for review.

  3. All services are available in multiple languages and vetted for compliance.


🔹 Step 6: Negotiate & Finalise Deals

  • Communicate directly with buyers, renters, or agents through:

    • One-on-one chat

    • Group conversations

    • Live calls

  • Use built-in tools to:

    • Share contracts

    • Schedule property viewings (physical or virtual)

    • Exchange transaction updates in real time
